Balance of Fees
Payable on arrival to the park. Additional guests must be paid for at commencement of their stay.

Payment Methods
MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, Amex are accepted however a surcharge applies to premium cards. Eftpos and Cash, Cheques will not be accepted for payment unless received a minimum of two weeks prior to arrival.

Accommodation info
Preferred sites cannot be guaranteed. All accommodation is NON Smoking. All cabins have access to Free in House Movies and some also have Austar. 

Bunk beds in our cabins are not recommended for use by children under the age of 9yrs.They are not to be be used as play equipment and users should not jump on or from the bunks.

Linen Hire
Sheets, towels, pillows, pillowslips and blankets $10 per set.

Pets
Pets are welcome in Pet friendly allocated cabins only and on sites if you have your own van or tent (conditions do apply) Contact us for details . Pet friendly linen hire $18 per set. Pets must be registered on arrival to the park at which time you will be given information pertaining to your pets stay.

Cots
Portable cots are available for guests at no charge. If required advise us at time of booking. Sorry we do not have high chairs.

Booking Info
Minimum bookings do apply during holidays, peak periods, special events and long weekends. Bookings are not confirmed until required deposit is received. Failure to pay requested deposit by due date will result in cancellation of booking without notification. Once deposit has been receipted you have entered into a contract with the park that you will abide by the park rules and conditions of the booking.
No contract will be entered into with any persons under the age of 21yrs.

Cancellation or change to bookings
An administration fee of 10% of deposit (minimum $25) applies to any cancelled booking. We do not issue refunds however issue credit notes pending the following conditions.
1) Any cancellation received in writing 30 days prior to arrival will be permitted to transfer deposit less administration fee to a future reservation. This credit must be used within 12 months of notification of cancellation, is transferable once only or forfeited.
2) Credits for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will only be made where a full replacement booking is confirmed.
3) Your booking is for a set time and, once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.

On Line Bookings
Payment required in full. Sorry no credits available for cancelled on line bookings.

Members Rates
Members of Top Tourist Parks are eligible for members rates . Quote your card number on booking and then present your card upon arrival at Lanis Holiday Island to validate your member rate. When booking on line through travel agents, where commissions are payable or where rates are already discounted member rates do not apply.

Quiet Time
Is between 10pm and 7 am. Courtesy and consideration of other guests is a must at all times . Your entertainment should not be audible to your neighbours. Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Bikes and Scooters
An internal license is required prior to a bike or scooter being ridden in our park. As required by Law Helmets must be warn. No skateboards, rollerblades, rollerskates or ripsticks permitted to be ridden in the park.

Internet Access
Wireless Internet (Lanis Hotspot) can be accessed by purchasing a time code at reception or log on and make payment with credit card. Our internet cafe is available for use during reception hours.

Park facilities
Time and conditions of use as displayed.

Amenities and Laundry  Amenities are available for use 24 hours.  Washing machines and dryers are coin operated. Ironing boards are located in the laundry. Irons are avaiable from reception. Washing powder is also available for purchase at reception.   

Security
 Access to the park is via boomgates. At time of check in a number is issued that is required to be entered into the pin pad at the gate to enter and also to exit the park. Each vehicle requires its own number.  Lanis takes no responsibility for loss of property or damage of property whilst in the park.
